We've found a treasure... Carefully hidden in our drawers, and we're taking it out to celebrate our 50th birthdays as they should be.
Vintage terracotta button, handcrafted. Each piece is hand-shaped and hand-painted by artisans. They are therefore more or less irregular. Each button is unique, which is what makes them truly authentic.
Their name Inti pays homage to the sun god of the Andes, a symbol of warmth and energy – just like these buttons which bear the mark of fire and the human hand.
For our 50th anniversary (1975-2025), we invite you to dive into history with these rare and charming vintage buttons.
In the 1980s, artisans from Peru heard about our quest for original buttons. They then offered to create unique buttons especially for La Droguerie! To inspire them, we gave them a theme: the sun, our guiding principle. Their exceptional expertise gave birth to these enameled red clay buttons, entirely handcrafted, exclusive pieces created especially for La Droguerie.
