The mohair hair that makes up "Voilette" is selected for its fineness. It is taken from baby Angora goats. The result is a very light, soft, and comfortable mohair yarn. 70% of super fine mohair is combined with 30% of polyamide for added strength. This yarn is then twisted with a metallic polyester thread that makes "Voilette" sparkle!

Technical characteristics of Voilette

• Recommended needles: 2.5 to 5.5 mm
• Sample (jersey ironed with 5.5 needles): 10 cm = 16 m over 22 rows.
  Knit your sample and take its measurements: if it's smaller, use a larger needle, if it's larger, a smaller needle (in general, half a n° is enough).
• Machine wash recommended at 30°, rinse in lukewarm water and dry flat. After drying, lightly brush to bring out the pile. Before washing the entire knit, test it on your sample.
• Cone = 300 meters (approximately 328 yards). Approximately 8570 meters per kilo.

• Gauge : 16 sts / 10 cm (with US 9 needles)
• Cone: 300m (328 yds)
